Not sure what you're pointing out here; apparently double accounts isn't a rule breaker anymore or else quite a few people on here would be banned. Besides that, what rules has he broken on the community? As himself, none. Otherwise he would be banned on there, which he obviously is not. So apparently nobody sees him as the demon you make him out to be.

This is not flaming to any definition to the connotation. He's being a man by confessing it, which I doubt most of us would do with pride and being knowingly convicted. Finally, he may have worked with me, but calling him a villain for justifying the attitude and actions you had, which made the community have a rather bad image, is not exactly keen.

That quote calls out your arrogance, which you have quite a lot of (not going to go into this since you're just going to call it flaming and leave, though I will at your request). He's not arrogant in the slightest; his impetus was actually quite pure because he did it as an act of purification for the community. While I don't agree totally with this being the right course of action, he did it for reasons other than selfishness.
Just being the messenger here, so you can take this as canon or not, doesn't matter. He's going to give a less subtle post later, so yeah.
