It's not unfair at all. Just because it gives you two points doesn't mean that it's unfair. That's kind of like saying that using Bakugan with really high G-Powers is unfair when it isn't. Just saying...

Just being third party referee as this situation kinda needs one.

Ruling: In all technicalilities it is a legal move on BakuganBuzz, however that doesn't make it any less of a cheap move.
