Avatar won't change.

I select the image I want to be my new avatar then click on the button at the bottom of the profile section to submit or save the changes. The screen reloads like normal but my avatar stays the same.

I changed my avatar and there doesn't seem to be a problem. I also took a look at your account settings/permissions and there doesn't seem to be something wrong regarding changing your avatar.  :(

Does the problem still exist when you try again?

I tried multiple times and just now as well but it still won't change. I have tried both .png and .bmp images.

It appears that only .GIF files work?

EDIT:  I uploaded from my computer just fine.

You just tried uploading your pic from your computer? Try hosting it first and upload it again. (jpeg also works).
