Alright, there hasn't been a tournament in a while on here (at least I think), and here is one aimed at you/us nostalgic freaks.
Well, a lot of us feel that Bakugan is dead and not like the good old days. Many of us have lost the desire to brawl- the purpose of this tournament is to change that. Now, this one is a small tourney with basic rules and prizes- more will be done (and better prizes) if this one goes great. Ready for the rules/
The official fancy rules/ how to play:
What to have/ What not to have:
Each brawl in this tournament will be played like a regular NV game, with some slight differences. Each player will have 3 GCs and 3 ACs in their unused pile and must match the color rule, and also 3 Bakugan in the unused pile. A trap may also be used.
Sorry, no Bakugear or GI cards (Both ability and gate) can be used. However, a GI Bakugan can be used. The printed G power limit is 800 Gs.
Guidelines: There are only two/three guidelines I think we can all agree on:
Obviously, No cheating. Example: Using Bakugan or cards you don't have.
Don't post or spam in other brawler's threads, unless you have a good (and approved) reason.
You don't have to list your team (What Bakugan and cards you use), and it can change each brawl- you just can't change your team during a brawl, of course.
That's it.
Ban list:
Nope.
Tournament style:
It will be the standard, elimination style- lose a brawl, and you are out. It will be played NV style with the additional rules. Since this is just a small tourney, prizes will be avatars, signatures, etc created by one of our members.
That is about it. Now, if you want to join, just post. Anyone can join, it doesn't matter when you join- it is simply aimed at the old NV fans. Just try being "mature" and not to flame. Also, if you have any ideas for additional rules, just post.

Jaron (I will set up threads for the brawlers and keep track of everything. If we do more tournaments, users will have a chance to be officials).
The tournament will start when there is a decent number of people.

790g limit, well I have to remove a bakugan from my team then as it is 800gs, and two cards will be switched out, the gear removed and replaced with a trap. but I might enter.

800Gs won't be a problem, but I think 3ACs is not enough and one extra would be great, any disagreements?
Sorry, I am trying to make it strictly NV, I think Gear and all would interfere with that.

3 ACs is what makes bakugan fun. It makes you have limited resources and makes you make descisions that could cost you one gate card, but the inevitable loss, or risk a gate loss and win the rest of the game.
Wouldn't surprise me if everyone spams H2 teams... XD

I got my team ready, though the 3 AC-color limit proved challenging.
We need a good amount of people, but I am not planning to have a lot of brawlers.. In fact, if we have to, it would be possible to start right now. Just two brawls and a championship. But I wanna try getting more people first, maybe a total of 8. Saturday also seems good.
