1. Its illegal to even have the rom.
2. Because it's file sharing of illegal files.

Illegal material should never be posted on this site as it might ruin the reputation of this site. Please try to avoid discussion on any illegal material especially ones that has something to do with the Bakugan manufacturer or franchise.
