Hylash Ability Card 2/4O

Ok so this card says

Play at the start of a battle before you play a Hylash Bakugan TrapTM The loser of this battle moves up to two of their Ability cards from their used pile to their unused pile. Remove this card from the game

Ok well for one thing I just realized that if you screw up using this card you can make your opponent(s) get their abilities back but anyways. Ok so it says to play befor eyou play a Hylash Bakugan trap. It never states anywhere that you NEED a Hylash trap since you can play the card BEFORE using Hylash.

That being said couldn't any battle that doesn't involve you using a Hylash Trap technically apply for this card?



Maybe I'm overlooking something, but that sounds pretty clever to me.

I think you'll have to use Hylash after using it.

Well I know thats what they meant but I'm talking about the way they worded it. And plus I don't understand why they didn't make it "Play when you add a hylash Bakugan Trap into battle" because that would have made more sense if they wanted that effect. I think they messed up and I exploited it XP

Considering that none of them even state anything really right, yeah. You can use it, and you can have another trap, thus canceling the need to use it.

Yeah I guess so lol, and thats good because I'm really sick of the Pyrus/Aquos thing on Ventus Traps. Might as well get Tripod Epsilon for the extra Haos. Well unless the Combat Set Tripod is different. Ugh too many questions.

There are so many cards that could be amplified in this way, but you'd HAVE to complete the action later the same game. Meaning you'd have to have a Hylash to play the Hylash card, as long as you play the Hylash Trap later in the same game. In this way you could also play Masquerade's Launcher if you had a deck of 2 Ventus and one Darkus, as long as you rolled the Darkus later that game. I can't believe I never thought of this before, nice observation YP.

QFT lol, exploiting their vagueness never gets old. Like forming a phase before a Gate is opened which counts as a "Play after you roll" phase, and applying Trap-specific cards to their non-Trap "evolutions". (Metalfencer and Spyderfencer and Fencer, Triad El Condor and El Condor)

There's just so little space for the card though...... I think they should get rid of the french half of it. Canadia....

There's just so little space for the card though...... I think they should get rid of the french half of it. Canadia....

What they oughta do is remove the titles in the new GI cards from where they are and put them in nice big letters on the side and top like the older cards. That way, they would have larger text boxes.

I mean, really? Why did they use Impact font with a black stroke around it? It makes the letters all mush together and it's hard to read!
