Help with posting pictures, avatars, signatures and posting videos.

POSTING PICTURES
from your computer:

first create an acount at www.photobucket.com (it's free and safe)
on your account homepage, click upload photos.



find the picture you want, then upload it.



Once your image has finished uploading, you will be taken to a new page. now click "save and get links".

now, we want to copy the IMG code.


Paste this code on your post.. and there you have it!

FROM GOOGLE IMAGES/WEBSITES
say I found a picture on google images and fullsized it.
what we would wanna do is copy the URL at the top.


and paste it on your post. BUT, it would just look like this.

so you highlight the code and click the insert image button to add image tags.


and it should look like this. Ain't he cute?



if you were on a website and you wanted a picture from it, (make sure you're allowed to take the pic)
just right click on the picture and click properties, and copy the url and put the "insert image" tags on it, but that may not always work. so if it doesn't save the picture to your pc and use the first photobucket method.

AVATARS
click profile,then head over to "forum profile information"

then, either choose an avatar from the collection of ones already there, or upload your own. "but where do I get a picture from?" just save one to your pc from the internet..to save it right click on the pic and press save, if there's no save option prntscrn it.

PRNTSCRN:
to printscreen a pic just press the prntscrn button, located next to the f12 button on your keyboard. this copies the whole page you are viewing on your pc. head over to MS paint and paste the picture. cut out the picture you want and save it.

SIGNATURES
again, head over to forum profile info and scroll down. there will be a box where you can type in what you like as your signature, but if you want a banner/picture as your signature then get your banner URL, make sure it has image tags and paste it there. Make sure your banner/picture isn't too large!

VIDEOS
to post a youtube video, paste the youtube vid URL in your post, highlight it,and add youtube tags *the button is next to the image one*
